Rafters need to pre-register their Rafting session with our office. We DO NOT accept payment (cash or cheque) at the site.
You can register with us following below mentioned simple steps.
Let us know (by phone, email) tentative number of participants likely to raft and the date of your choice. We block as many seats for you on “tentative basis” as per availability with us. We then generate a time limit for you (24 hours to 72 hours). Please note that you need NOT pay us any advance amount for Blocking.
Blocking of seats with time limit is for the convenience of the Group Leader who can coordinate with the Group Members, discuss logistics and budgets involved within the Blocking period.
After we have blocked seats for you, you may coordinate with the group and give us further instructions.
You can :
* CONFIRM your bookings with EXACT number of participants. You can then proceed to make the payment as mentioned in point no. III) below. After the payment is made to us, Cancellation rules will apply. Once the payment is reflected in our accounts we will send you / email Rafting Voucher that needs to be presented to the River Guide at the Rafting Start Point.
* MODIFY your bookings. You can let us know the changed date / changed number of participants. As per the availability status with us, we will try to accommodate the changes. You will then need to CONFIRM your bookings with payment as mentioned in point no. III) below. Once the payment is reflected in our accounts we will send you / email Rafting Voucher that needs to be presented to the River Guide at the Rafting Start Point.
* CANCEL the bookings. You will NOT be required to pay any cancellation amount to us if you cancel your bookings WITHIN the time limit.
Please note that if you fail to get in touch with us within the time limit, we will consider your bookings as cancelled and your blocked seats will be released.
Amount can be deposited in our account through ANY of the THREE following options :
1) ACCOUNT TRANSFER
If you have an ICICI Bank account, you can "ACCOUNT TRANSFER" the amount in our account. Account Name : SAAD TOURISM

2) CHEQUE
The CHEQUE can be deposited in our ICICI account (Branch or ATM drop box), from ANYWHERE IN INDIA, as per following details :
Cheque to be drawn on : SAAD TOURISM
Please write a/c no. 033805000030, Account Type : Current Account and Branch : Kothrud, Pune on the reverse of the cheque.
Drop the cheque in any of the ICICI Branches or the dropbox of ICICI ATM centres close to you.

3) CASH
Cash can be deposited in any of the ICICI bank branches as per the account details mentioned above.
Fax the deposit slip on 020-24549847 / 46 / 45.
IV) Vouchers
Once the payment is reflected in our accounts we will send you / email Rafting Voucher that needs to be presented to the River Guide at the Rafting Start Point.
Cancellation Rules :
From 1 week before upto 5 days before the trip 25% cancellation charges.
Less than 5 days till upto 48 hours before the trip 50% cancellation charges.
After 48 hours till upto 24 hours before the trip 75% cancellation charges.
Less than 24 hrs or no show 100% cancellation charges.
From 1 week before upto 5 days before the trip 25% cancellation charges.
Less than 5 days till upto 48 hours before the trip 50% cancellation charges.
After 48 hours till upto 24 hours before the trip 75% cancellation charges.
